How do I make a payment?
Credit Card We accept all four major credit card providers: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Your payment will be automatically deducted every billing cycle (typically every 30 days from the date of purchase). If for some reason your card fails, we will send you an email notifying you to update your credit card on file and pay the past due invoice.
How to make a one-time payment.
Please sign in at http://hostnextdoor.com/whmcs · Once signed in, click My Finance and click the number [1] next to Total Now Due. · Click the invoice number and you will see a full-page invoice. · In the top right, click Pay Online. You will get a credit card box to fill out and submit, but this information will NOT be saved for future payments.
How to update your credit card.
Simply sign in at http://hostnextdoor.com/whmcs and at the top, under My Finances, click Update Credit Card. Before you submit the change, be sure to place your billing password in the last blank (the same password which you just used to login to the billing tool.) This information will be saved for future payments.
Pay pal
If you pay using Pay Pal, by default, your payment is a one-time payment and will not be taken automatically every month. · Please sign in at http://hostnextdoor.com/whmcs · Once signed in, click My Finance and click the number [1] next to Total Now Due. · Click the invoice number and you will see a full-page invoice. · In the top right, click Pay Now with Pay Pal. You will be directed to paypal.com to supply the funds, but this information will NOT be saved for future payments.
Pay pal Subscription
This is how you can tell Pay Pal to make your payments automatically. Please understand that Host Next Door will not be in control over the amount of money you send or when Pay Pal sends it. If you want the automatic payments to stop, you must cancel the Pay pal Subscription. Please do not subscribe when your payment is late; this will cause all of your payments to be late. Instead, pay one-time and wait until the next invoice to setup the subscription (on time) Please sign in at http://hostnextdoor.com/whmcs · Once signed in, click My Finances and click the number [1] next to Total Now Due. Click the invoice number and you will see a full-page invoice. · In the top right, click the "Pay Pal Subscribe" button You are not able to subscribe unless there is an open invoice.

Please follow the instructions for a one-time payment using the new method. If you pay an invoice before we charge your credit card, then we will not charge your card automatically.
